Shipping
Experience the luxury of free shipping within the UK when you buy the iCed42. Keep in mind that this hand-crafted masterpiece is custom-built, and shipping may take worst case scenario: 9 to 14 weeks. We are however, currently aiming for 4 weeks on the actual Iced Tubs.
For an even more elevated experience, consider selecting our premium Delivery + Installation service. Our experts will handle the delivery and set up of your ice bath professionally, ensuring it fits perfectly in your space.
Warranty
Iced Tub's products come with a 1-year warranty. Requests can be made for extended warranties beyond this.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos of the damage, box & SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to info@capecollective.co.uk and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
For all orders that remain in their original packaging and have not been unboxed, a full refund can be issued if the items are returned within 30 days of purchase. However, if the items have been unpackaged, a restocking fee (in addition to the shipping charge) will apply. Typically, this fee amounts to 20% of the total cost, but the exact amount can be confirmed upon receipt of the returned product at our warehouse.
If you are considering exchanging the product for something else, we may be able to assist you in partially covering the costs, depending on the specific product involved.
